Pinnacle has announced the new Pinnacle Cup III as part of their re-entry and continual commitment to the CS: GO Pro Circuit. This is on the back of the Pinnacle Cup II that was held in June/July 2021. The new tournament will be played from 14-30 March 2021.

As the previous edition, Pinnacle Cup III will follow the same format as before, with a $100,000 prize pool split to $80,000 to the grand winner and $20,000 for the runner up. The grand winner will join both Gambit & Spirit as Pinnacle Cup winners, and play in the World Championship Finals in Lund, Sweden later this year.

• 8 will continue to playoffs

• 8 qualified teams from Swiss Stage battle in quarter-finals round 1
• 4 qualified teams will proceed to quarter-finals round 2 against 4 invited teams
• 4 teams battle it out for semi-finals and grand final
• All games best-of-five

Pinnacle Cup III will start on 14 March for the group stages, 17 March for the Swiss stage and 28 March for the playoffs, with the grand finals played on 30 March.
