It is engaged in trading of Agricultural Products such as of Wheat Corn, Rice, Seeds Cotton, Gram, Pulses, Cereals Peas etc and is involved at various stages of agriculture value chain.
Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited plans to enter into the business of Tourism and Hospitality. The company has proposed to open a resort in the name of Pearl Green Clubs and Resort in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The property is located at Gandhinagar which is approximately 20 kms away from Ahmedabad. It is connected to NH-8 highway. It has a pleasant location with fruit bearing trees and greenery of natural surroundings and ideal for getting and is away from the city’s hustle and bustle.
The location, with a total site area of 3,53,804 sq ft, is in proximity to the Gujarat International Financial Tec (GIFT) City, which is the major customer segment of the hotel. The company plans to develop approximately 40 rooms at the site along with amenities like club, garden restaurant, swimming pool, kids play area, banquet hall, wine shops, party hall etc. Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited has entered into lease agreement for the property with the company promoters and their family.
