The Overwatch Ashe’s Deadlock Challenge will begin on June 22 and end on July 5, Blizzard Entertainment announced Sunday.
As teased in the trailer, the new limited time event for Ashe will center around the Deadlock Rebels and bring a fresh skin for the respected figure of the criminal underworld.

A staple pick of many players filling in the DPS role, Elizabeth Caledonia “Calamity” Ashe has quickly become a fan favorite since her Overwatch debut back at BlizzCon 2018.
The new Deadlock festivities will be the American Southwest gang leader’s second limited-time Overwatch event, following up her Mardi Gras Challenge last year.
Although not much information has been disclosed yet regarding the upcoming event, the trailer did show a silhouette of what appears to a brand new Ashe skin based on the hat.
In addition to the brim of the hat simply being much shorter than her usual look, it appears to match perfectly with the outfit Ashe’s younger self donned on the cover of her origin tale, Deadlock Rebels (An Overwatch Original Novel), which released at the beginning of June.

As standard procedures go with most other limited time events in Overwatch, Ashe’s Deadlock Challenge will run for about two weeks, so players who want to unlock the new skin and other goodies should be sure to complete the objectives before the event ends.
