Final Seed Round.  Accredited investors are invited to participate in Orison’s final seed round to raise $1,000,000 of which $500,000 is already funded.   

Immediate $1M (bridge) capital in exchange for a Convertible Promissory Note paying 14% annual compound interest with an option to convert to shares at a 30% discount. 

After this round is closed, the likely last opportunity for investors will be Orison’s Series A funding round of $30 million Q1, 2022.
