Nucleus Software Exports, the technology solutions firm catering to the financial sector, is looking to hire over 500 fresh engineers from the smaller cities of India by the end of 2021. The objective is to offer equal opportunities to engineering graduates from the tier-II and III cities, who otherwise tend to get ignored.
In addition to hiring directly, the Company will also tie up with engineering colleges in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh to get the best talent. It has already entered into about 50 such collaborations and hopes to tie up with at least 20 more colleges over the next five months. It is quite clear that the Company offers a very favourable work environment, which explains why over 300 Nucleites have spent at least a decade in the Company.
These fresh hires will undergo a six to 12-week long intensive training programme under the Nucleus School of Banking Technology (NSBT) on various technologies relevant to the international financial sector.
The Company hires at least 200 engineering graduates from campuses every year, and already has a 2,000-strong workforce. Owing to the pandemic, the hiring and all related processes, including internship have been taking place online.
