NAVI lead BLAST ranking ahead of Fall season

Natus Vincere hold a near 2500-point lead over their closest suitor at the top of the BLAST leaderboard, which will determine four of the eight teams that will attend the BLAST Premier Global Finals, scheduled for January 2021.

Complexity, Vitality and Evil Geniuses booked the first three spots at the $1 million competition through their efforts in the Spring season. The final place will go to the winner of the BLAST Premier Fall Finals, which will be held between December 8 and 13.

NAVI sit at the top of the BLAST leaderboard

Teams earn points towards the BLAST leaderboard by competing in a series of top events, including those hosted by rival tournament organisers. The Flashpoint 2 Finals and the IEM Global Challenge — in addition to the BLAST Series, the BLAST Showdown and the BLAST Fall Finals — are the remaining events in the qualifying process, which was named ‘Race to the Global Final’.

Note: Complexity, Vitality and Evil Geniuses are already qualified for the BLAST Premier Global Finals

The BLAST Premier Fall season will begin on October 26 with the 12-team Series, with all matches played online from Europe. BIG and FURIA were on Wednesday announced as a replacements for 100 Thieves and Liquid, with the latter entering the circuit only in the Showdown tournament.
