NACE Starleague secures three-year deal with LeagueSpot

North American collegiate esports league NACE Starleague has announced a three-year partnership with esports and gaming education platform LeagueSpot.

As a result of the deal, LeagueSpot will develop NACE Starleague’s online presence within the platform, helping schools compete, communicate and build a community for its students.

The 2022-23 NACE Starleague season will kick off on September 6th. Last year saw schools compete in a range of titles such as CS:GO, Rocket League and Overwatch. Alongside the previously mentioned games, some of the titles available for the upcoming season are Dota 2, Rainbow Six Siege, VALORANT and Chess.

According to NACE Starleague, the 2021-22 season saw over 13,000 students participate across 693 universities.

Earlier this year, LeagueSpot recently bolstered its operations through the appointment of James O’Hagan as VP of Education Innovation and Samantha Anton as Senior Publishing Specialist.

Founded in 2021, NACE Starleague was established by collegiate esports tournament organiser Playfly Esports (previously CSL Esports), the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), esports infrastructure company Nerd Street and tournament software company Mainline.
