A TIMBER multi-level Eastern Shore home on a leafy double-sized block has caught the eye of more home hunters than any other property in Tasmania.

Over the past week, buyers on realestate.com.au could not get enough of this Lindisfarne family home, with thousands of listing views driving it to No.1 on the charts.

4one4 Property Co. sales consultant Aaron Murray said the four-bedroom house was attracting new inquiries daily.

“There has yet to be a day when the phone does not ring,” he said.

“So far, we have had over 30 interested parties reaching out to us, well over 5000 views on realestate.com.au and 23 groups to our first open home.

“The property’s uniqueness and charming appeal have definitely caught people’s attention.”

Mr Murray said the majority of the inquiries have come from locals who appreciate the distinctive features of the home.

“However, we have also had a few interstate buyers who were captivated by its appeal,” he said.

“It’s interesting to note that while many interstate buyers were initially focused on Battery Point and Sandy Bay, they also recognised and appreciated what Wassell Pl had to offer in terms of character and charm.”

The house has plenty of attractive features, including Tasmanian oak flooring, double glazed windows, a gas hot water and heating system, multiple decks, a spacious dining room and lounge that opens to a timber kitchen with a crimson splashback, gas cooktop, walk-in pantry, and breakfast bench.

There are plush carpets and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

The resort-like master bedroom suite boasts a private deck with river views, a walk-through wardrobe, and an ensuite with a luxurious rain shower head.

In the main bathroom there is a stunning cast iron claw-foot bathtub, a family heirloom from past generations.

Mr Murray and colleague John McGregor went above and beyond to create a unique Mission Impossible-inspired video as part of the campaign.

“We wanted to offer a different perspective while highlighting the property’s appeal in an engaging manner,” he said.

“The autumn season has played a significant role in showcasing the property’s beauty.

“The leafy surroundings create a picturesque setting that really does enhance the property’s overall appeal.

“Everywhere you look, the scenery is simply breathtaking.

“In fact, during an open home, we had some young visitors captivated by the enchanting atmosphere, attempting to capture the perfect snapshot under the trees.”

No.29 Wassell Pl, Lindisfarne is listed with 4one4 Property Co. at $725,000-plus.
