In this accord, LABS Group will leverage its technology to divide an actual resort into non-fungible tokens, paving way for a service that hasn’t been witnessed before. In doing so, Gravity Resorts can have clients provided with predictions of yearly ROIs, making the process of real estate investment a walk in the park.
It is a mutually beneficial setup as LABS Group will have access to the selection of properties under Gravity’s portfolio.
A strong bond
Meanwhile, Gravity will be welcomed to a new pool of liquidity, supporters and a means to mitigate overall expenditures and risks.
It was just a matter of time before the two institutions began to form a strong bond. “It is inevitable that blockchain will be part of our lives in the near future. It will be integrated into many industries globally, and real estate will not be left out,” Gravity Resorts co-founder Bernard Lau, said.
