Several of our members attended the FLANZ webinar, Embedding Interactivity Successfully into Courses. Read about the ways academic research shows us that programme design should centre on learners first, not content. View the webinar on demand.
One of our eLearners shares their online learning journey in an article that explains how she adapted to a flexible course, designed with her in mind.
Discover and participate in new worlds, in a Metaverse Interest Group. This interest group will focus on how VR and associated applications could positively impact online education.
Coming up in August there is a workshop on adapting a programme for online learning. Seesaw, Fligrid and Zoom all have great tools to meet the needs of our online learners.
For our new eTeachers across our organisations we have specific PLD next Wednesday 3rd August. The focus will be how to build confidence and capability with our learners in real-time sessions.
Until next time,
Ngā mihi
