NO one has ever died from a marijuana overdose. One can lie in bed for three days, paranoid and feeling sick, but no one has ever died from it. But, if you lace marijuana with fentanyl, as the Mexican cartels do, you can die on the spot with two puffs. It is just one of many arguments for legalizing marijuana. When marijuana is legalized, it is registered with a certain purity, and people know what they’re buying. Thus, they’re not overdosing. Seen from that point of view, the refusal to legalize marijuana has contributed to a doubling of overdose deaths in Pennsylvania.
