When trading app Robinhood went public in the middle of last year, it was the poster child for a fintech success story: a fast-growing upstart that had disrupted the traditional brokerage model and gained a rabid following of young users. But after executive exits, a dramatic slowdown in revenue and two rounds of layoffs, the top ranks of Robinhood are looking quite different.

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev’s roster of direct reports has shrunk to six from eight since March 2021, four months before its initial public offering and the last time The Information reported on Robinhood’s org chart. The company hasn’t filled some senior roles vacated over the past year or so, including chief marketing officer and chief product officer.
