Call of Duty players want to know if there will be Zombies in the latest main series installation: Vanguard.
Zombies has been an intensely popular part of Call of Duty (COD) since its release with World at War in 2009. The mode has historically featured players teaming up to take on and survive various encounters with an aggressive horde of the undead. It has be hailed as unique and unlike anything else the franchise has offered to date, giving it a solid place in many fans’ hearts.
So, it’s no surprise they’d like to know whether they’ll be able to play the Zombies mode in Vanguard.
Yes, there are Zombies in Call of Duty: Vanguard.
The popular mode will be shipped with the base game and is set to release alongside it on Friday, No. 5. It features an all-new “objective-driven” mode called Der Anfang featuring settings such as “Stalingrad, Merville, Paris, and Shi No Numa.”
Additionally, players will have access to a host of new characters and new Dark Aether abilities/artifacts that can be retrieved with each corresponding to a different entity. There will also be a notable return of several favored features, including the Crafting Table, Custom Loadouts, Armor, Mystery Box, Pack-a-Punch, Perks, and more.
This may be the most ambitious, innovative version of the mode to date, with Treyarch claiming that “no two games should feel the same.”
