Fortnite players want to know if there is a live event for Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7.
Live events are common fare for Fortnite fans. Typically, players have found these useful to canonically make the jump between seasons and make sense of the upcoming content in-game. Epic Games will traditionally debut these events just before or at the start of a new season as not to cut into a previous season’s time or battle pass content.
Here’s what we can tell you about a live event for Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7.

At the time of writing, Epic Games has neither announced nor confirmed a live event for Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7. With only a few hours before the season officially launches on Tuesday, June 8, we doubt any such information will come through regarding such an event. However, this doesn’t mean it’s impossible. We encourage players to keep their eyes on official channels.
Additionally, it’s unclear whether or not Epic will publish introductory quests to bridge the transition between Seasons 6 and 7. These have been a common occurrence in-game, so it’s always possible that the developers are simply keeping an iron grip on the information to come.
Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7 is set to launch around 1 a.m. EST on Tuesday, June 8.
