On Thursday, Sept. 23, Nintendo made a slew of announcements as part of Nintendo Direct. One of their biggest reveals was their new online membership plan that will enable players to play Sega Genesis and Nintendo: 64 games on the Nintendo Switch.

This new plan, the Online + Expansion Plan, offers players classic Nintendo games and the hype is already building. Alongside the hype come so many questions. One of the biggest is whether The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is included in the plan. Well, look no further, as there is an answer.

Yes, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be included in the new Online + Expansion Plan.

Nintendo Executive Officer and host of Nintendo Direct, Yoshiaki Koizumi revealed a list of games that would be part of Nintendo’s new online subscription plan. Among the confirmed games to be released at the plan’s launch was The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, a fan-favorite and widely considered the best video game of all time.

Fans quickly took to various social media platforms in a frenzy to express their excitement and impatience for the Online + Expansion Plan’s launch. Unfortunately, Nintendo fans will have to wait a little bit to start playing their classic favorites, as the release date will be revealed at a time to be determined. Also absent from the plan’s reveal was its pricing.
