iPipeline, a provider of low code / no code content-enabled digital solutions and services to the financial services sector, has entered iinto a partnership with OneFamily, which is one of United Kingdom’s largest financial mutual societies.
iPipeline’s SSG Digital platform will be replacing OneFamily’s savings, investments, and protection platform, offering a complete digital service for 2.6 million OneFamily clients, accessible by their advisers and clients (including independent advisers).
The decision to switch to an all-digital platform has been taken by OneFamily to make their proposition more adaptable to the requirements of their clients. It can now provide an agile service across several different sectors operating within the financial services ecosystem.
The SSG Digital platform is described as a leading or go-to platform in financial services. It has handled over 3.7 million policies across protection, savings, and investments during the past 8 years. The platform reportedly handles the largest number of child trust fund policies in the United Kingdom and over 30% of new UK protection schemes.
The initial stage of the partnership will mainly be focusing on digitizing the processes for various products and related enhancements prior to moving to the re-platforming of existing products for OneFamily clients.
