InterPrivate III Financial Partners Inc. announced the pricing of its $225 million IPO and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “IPVF.U,” Friday, March 5.

The new company aims to combine with business a financial services business with a top-flight, complete management team. InterPrivate III is led by Chairman and CEO Ahmed Fattouh, Vice Chairman Sunil Kappagoda, President Nicholaos Krenteras, Executive Advisor Alexey Sokolin, General Counsel Brandon Bentley, and VP Minesh Patel.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 226. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, March 9.

Morgan Stanley and EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering. White & Case LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Greenberg Traurig LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. Marcum LLP serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
