representative office in Dubai and has named Adel Jibrin as the CEO of Operations.

Chairman of the Board.

brings more than three decades of experience to the role. Also, his proven
track record of propelling growth with demonstrated expertise in the capital
markets, financial services and technology industries, has propelled him
forward.

This
news follows William P. Foley II’s decision to exit as Chairman to focus on other

Tech Promotes Valerie Styazhkova as Cyprus Office Head

Also, on Wednesday, Takeprofit Tech declared that it has elevated Valerie
