How To Heal Sick Followers In Cult Of The Lamb

Your followers will get sick from food as well as from curses from the big four baddies. To heal them you can do a couple of things. First you can make them get rest. You will need to have a bed for this, and they will not do anything but sleep. It’ll take a day or two for them to heal but they won’t die and you can put them back to work after.

As you progress you will get a healing hut as well. If you put a follower in there then will heal quicker and be able to get back to work sooner. To avoid sickness you should clean up the poop and puke. Build some outhouses and get a janitor to clean up the messes. Sometimes you can’t avoid getting sick but doing those things will help prevent it more often than not.
