A new LEED Gold Certified, 260,000 square foot off-campus student housing community is coming to the UC Davis market just in time for the fall semester. HighBridge Properties, a real estate development company, began construction on the property in Fall 2019, and will be completed by August 2021. The community is being developed in an opportunity zone at an underutilized infill site and brings 706 beds among 130 apartments to the area.
