खबर: बिटटाइटन, a Seattle-area cloud services provider, announced the pending acquisition of Perspectium, a 75-person company that helps companies manage their data on ServiceNow. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
सौदा: The acquisition will expand BitTitan’s IT service management offerings and increase its headcount to more than 250 employees.
Founded in 2007, BitTitan sells to IT service providers, value-added resellers, and system integrators, helping them migrate to the cloud via its product MigrationWiz. It also sells Voleer, an IT services automation platform. The company reported double-digit revenue growth last year with the acceleration of cloud adoption amid the pandemic. It competes with Dell, Amazon, Google, Microsoft and others.
“This acquisition is a major step toward achieving our vision of serving as the world’s IT gateway, enabling the next generation of IT operations management, and offering the full continuum of market-leading IT solutions,” BitTitan CEO Geeman Yip said in a statement.
