Healthtech startup HealthPlix has landed fresh capital of $13.5 Mn as part of its ongoing series B round. While Lightspeed Ventures led the round, other high-profile investors & existing investors like Kalaaria Capital, Chiratae Ventures and JSW Ventures also particptated in the round. Although not confirmed, there is a liklehood that the Bengaluru based firm is likely to rause more funds in the ongoing Series B round.

As per the press reslease, the Bengaluru based company will use the funds to fulfil its aim of 5x growth by ramping ups its doctor base in the existing markets, adding newer geographical regions and medical specilaities as well as investing in teams and newer products.

HealthPlix was founded in 2016 by Raghuraj Sunder Raju, Prasad Basavaraj, and Sandeep Gudibanda. It provides clinical software for doctors and has developed Electronic Medical Record software as part of this mission. It has developed a highly sphoisticated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.
