Zynga just announced a new Harry Potter mobile game being made in partnership with Portkey Games and Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment. Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells is a match-3 puzzle game based on the Harry Potter franchise that will feature various moments from the movies and many characters. You create your own character here and get to experience the world of Harry Potter featuring new spells, potions, key characters from the movies, and more. The puzzles here will feature chocolate frogs and other Harry Potter objects as obstacles.
Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells will also have daily events with the ability to level up and unlock more customisation for the in-game characters. Zynga said that this will have a social element as well in the form of clubs to join and co-op events. Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells is set to launch worldwide on iOS, Android, and even Amazon Kindle. More details will be revealed in the future.
