But it’s the uninterrupted beach views and direct beach access that will really make your jaw drop.
“Beach houses in Surfers Paradise are an extremely rare product,” said marketing agent Tolemy Stevens of Harcourts Coastal.
“There’s only a few of them on the beachfront of Surfers Paradise and they’re not making any more of them.”

The auction was closed to the general public in a move Mr Stevens said ensured only genuine cashed-up buyers were in the room.
“Some of our clients of higher-end properties prefer private auctions,” he said.
“There was three registered bidders.
“The bidding started at $5m and increased quite quickly, with some fierce competitive bidding.
“The bidding slowed at $5.9m and after negotiation with the highest bidder and the seller, we brought the hammer down at $6.1m.”

The buyers, Mr Stevens said, were from Melbourne.
He said the sale was another strong result for beachfront real estate on the Gold Coast.
“Even though some parts of the market are seeing a slight slowdown in numbers and possible interest, the beachfront continues to defy market trends and in some degrees is building momentum,” Mr Stevens said.
“I am still unable to satisfy the demand that I have from high-net-worth astute buyers trying to secure luxury beachfornt properties.
The Beach House is part of the exclusive and tightly held Allure residences, which is a residential-only development catering for 13 owners from around the globe.
