Go First Announces Right to Fly Republic Day Offer for Domestic Travel

Airlines are planning new offers to lure passengers to air travel. The latest to announce offer is Go First. Go First Republic Day Offer is here to grab for passengers planning for domestic air travel during February and March 2022. Dubbed as ‘Right to Fly’, the airline offers tickets starting from Rs 926 under the offer. The travellers have to book tickets between January 22 and 27 to avail of the offer. They can use these tickets for trips from February 11 to March 31, 2022. The luggage capacity with this ticket is up to 15 kg. The offer is only for a one-way flight.

Go First Republic Day Offer will not be applicable for group bookings. Besides, the passenger can book tickets from any sales channels to avail of the offer. The offer allows free re-scheduling up to three days before the journey. However, the cancellation charges will be applicable for tickets that are cancelled.

Another ongoing Go First offer is its ‘Free Meal, Free Seat’ offer. The passengers travelling between January 11 and 31, 2022, can enjoy free seats and meals, according to Go First. The offer is applicable on flights from Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The complimentary meal and seat offers are non-transferrable and no refund will be offered against the same. The complimentary meal and seat are non-transferable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the flight either by the passenger or by the airline, according to the terms on the Go First website.

Go First Twitter Handle Hacked

In another development, the official Twitter handle of Go First airline was hacked. The airline has announced an investigation into the matter and is working closely with Twitter to gain back control.

Go First, the airline venture from India’s Wadia Group, comprise of 57 aircraft in its fleet, of which 50 aircraft are A320 NEO models and seven aircraft are A320 CEO variants. The airline has booked 94 A320 NEO aircraft and expect to take delivery of two additional A320 NEOs, 10 in 2022 and 10 in 2023. It operates flights across 41 destinations, including services to 31 domestic destinations and 10 international regions.
