According to Casino.org, Genesis Global has had problems with its license in the UK for several years, where it ended up paying a hefty fine (£3.8 million).

At the same time, they have also had problems in the EU, including Sweden, where they were also fined about 4 million Swedish kronor (400,000 euros).

In short, Geneis GLobal seems to have both financial problems and problems with running its business.
