One Point Piper : un disrupteur exclusif dans la banlieue la plus riche de Sydney

Date :

It’s not easy to get into Australia’s richest suburb Point Piper.

The tightly held eastern suburbs spot, which is one of the few Sydney locales to boast the harbour and of course harbour views on three sides, is home to three of Australia’s most expensive homes in Fairwater, Edgewater and Elaine.

With notable luminaries such as Malcolm Turnbull, John Symonds and Mike Cannon-Brooks calling the suburb – which has a median unit price of $5.415 million, around 10x the national average – home.

2/1 St Mervyns Ave, Point Piper.

Selon realestate.com.au, Point Piper has enjoyed astounding 33.4 per cent price growth over the past 12 months, based on just 20 apartment sales over that period.

However, there isn’t enough data to provide a median house price due to the lack of sales in the tightly held pocket.

Enter One Point Piper, a boutique collection of three deluxe residences. A project by developer Michael Kondouris of K2 Property, brought to market by a Director of Highland Double Bay David Malouf.

Malouf has a $12m guide for a July 6 auction. The home is one of $100m worth of listings Malouf has recently bought to market.

He sold unit 1 for $13m last year.

Meanwhile, Malouf has sold a “dream downsizer” at 312/3 Darling Island Rd, Pyrmont that appeared as a Wentworth Courier House of the Week. Sources said it sold above its $8m guide to an eastern suburbs downsizer.
