Gran Turismo 7 may have got its biggest update yet last month, with its gigantic and critically acclaimed PSVR2 patch – but nothing stops this sports car. Right on time, series creator Kazunori Yamauchi has taken to social media to confirm that another five free vehicles are en route, and will be added as part of the game’s update next week.
Petrol heads have already been busy trying to identify the cars, and it looks like we’re getting a couple of Porsches, an Audi RS5 DTM, a Toyota Alphard, and a Mazda 3. As always, specific models are difficult to determine, as the lineup has been teased using silhouettes, making it practically impossible to pinpoint the exact versions of these vehicles until they’re officially announced.
It’s worth adding that this may not be the entire extent of the update either. While last month’s patch was a particularly big one, developer Polyphony Digital usually bundles in some new Scapes and other improvements when it refreshes the game, so keep an eye out for those. One thing we do know, however, is that the team’s AI beta GT Sophy will be removed on 29th March.
