FirstService Residential, North America’s leading association management company, was awarded the management contract for Sapphire Tower Owners Association in San Diego, California. FirstService Residential began managing the 100-unit high-rise condominium on October 1, 2021.

Sapphire Tower Owners Association is a 32-story high-rise comprised of three-floor plans, all of which feature their distinct floor-to-ceiling walls of blue glass and dual glazed windows for noise reduction. Residents have access to amenities such as a heated pool and spa, the sundeck, barbeque area, club room and a fitness center with attached steam rooms. Sapphire Tower also features concierge service with underground parking and 24-hour surveillance.

“I think my wife and I were the fourth or fifth homeowners to move into a brand-new Sapphire Tower in early 2009. We chose it because we liked the layout, the ceiling heights, the few homes within it and its great location. Sapphire Tower was built in 2008 and had a one-of-a-kind late modernist architectural design with units that range from 505 to 1,772 square feet. The high-rise is located in the Columbia District, the heart of downtown San Diego, near the Gaslamp Quarter. It’s also neighbor to Smart Corner Owners’ Association, another newly managed luxurious high-rise by FirstService Residential.
