First Impression expands overseas by opening Paris office

Date:

First Impression has opened its first overseas office, in France.

The Dutch company, which has bases in Amsterdam and Tilburg, has expanded its operations to better serve its increasing number of customers in the France.

The new office is located in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, a commune on the outskirts of Paris known as a hub for media and digital technology. It will be led by Julien Minier, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the AV sector and has been with First Impression since last year.

First Impression’s customer portfolio in France includes fitness chain Basic-Fit, cosmetics company Rituals and hearing care professional Sonova.

As a strategic partner to Basic-Fit, First Impression provides the AV technology, including the content creation at Basic-Fit’s 1,100-plus locations across Europe.

Chief executive Ron Haans said: “We see this as the first step towards several foreign branches. It’s a logical step, as our clients have just as much ambition as we have. For instance, look at Rituals and Sonova. They have stores all over the world and are continuously expanding.”
