FIFA 21 Global Series received a new viewership rewards program called FGS Swaps.
Swaps have been used in previous FIFA titles letting players complete objectives and Squad Building Challenges for special tokens. Those tokens are then submitted into SBCs for specific rewards. The most prominent version, Icon Swaps, lets players earn untradeable Icons in FIFA Ultimate Team.
EA Sports introduced a new Swaps program tied to the FIFA 21 Global Series letting players earn tokens for watching events.
The rewards introduced are only for packs currently, but it’s an improvement over the previous drops system where players had an undisclosed chance at getting packs or even players from watching competitive FIFA events.

Players have to watch an hour of the event to earn a token. The annoying thing about the promotion is that viewers can only earn one token per event.
