ALL it took was a few days on the market. Going, going … gone.
After causing a stir among property lovers locally and across Australia, No.30 Seventh Ave has been snapped up.
Per realestate.com.au figures, this beach home was sold for $1.4 million after being listed at
“Offers over $1 million” with Petrusma Property.
That’s the most paid for a house in Dodges Ferry, a gold medal it shares with No.57 Carlton River Road, Dodges Ferry, which also sold for $1.4m in January.
Within days of launching to market, No.30 Seventh Ave was making waves with potential buyers.
It quickly rocketed up realestate.com.au’s popularity charts with many thousands of views landing it at No.1 in Tasmania and No.10 nationwide.
It’s as clear as the water is blue why people love this property.
Petrusma Property sales manager David McLeod described the property as “a ripper”.
He said the location was the drawcard.
“Waterfront is one thing but when it’s beachfront, that’s next level,” Mr McLeod said. “And it’s level land, almost 2000sq m! Can’t find that too often.”
