TypingDNA closed $7M; Trifo raised $15M; Quantiphi landed $20M; HomeLane secured $30M

TypingDNA: TypingDNA provides proprietary A.I. based typing biometrics technology to truly identify users by the way they type on their keyboards. TypingDNA has closed on $7 million in Series A funding. Gradient Ventures led the round, with participation from earlier backers Techstars Ventures and GapMinder Venture Partners. Read more

Trifo: Trifo is a startup whose domestic roving robot, Lucy, vacuums as well as serves as a kind of home sentry. Trifo has just raised $15 million in Series B from investors that include Yidu Cloud, Tsinghua AI Fund and Matrix Partners. Read more

Quantiphi: Quantiphi is a big data startup. Quantiphi has raised $20 million in Series A funding from the private equity firm Multiples Alternate Asset Management. Read more  

The Guild: The Guild that turns apartments into comfortable short-term accommodations for business and other travelers. The Guild has landed $25 million in Series B funding from some of its earlier investors, including Maveron and Convivialite, along with real estate companies like the Nicol Investment Company. HomeLane: HomeLane is an interior design and furniture startup. HomeLane has raised $30 million in Series D funding from Evolvence India Fund, Pidilite Group, FJ Labs and earlier backers Accel, Sequoia Capital, and JSW Ventures. Read more
