Crypto is taking over reddit with subs related to cryptocurrencies seeing the fastest growth out of all subreddits.
R/cryptocurrency is the fastest growing sub out of them all with it seeing a huge jump in subscribers as can be seen above.
The rate of growth is now magnitudes higher than during the peak in late 2017 and applies to numerous subs.
The cryptocurrency sub now has 2.8 million subscribers with the dogecoin sub seeing nearly 1.9 million subscribers.
R/bitcoin has the most at 2.9 million with this being the oldest crypto sub on Reddit. While the newest might be r/asperise which seems to be some defi token.
The dogecoin attempted clone shib meme token has also seen huge growth during the past seven days, as has the ethereum sub and cardano.
R/ethtrader has now jumped to nearly 1.4 million subscribers, magnitudes more than its spinoff, r/ethfinance, which has only 55,000 subscribers and even more than r/ethereum which is nearing one million subscribers.
