Climate Real Impact Solutions II Acquisition Corporation announced the pricing of its $210 million IPO this morning and its units are expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol “CLIM.U” Wednesday, January 27.

The new company aims to combine with a business that is working to reduce carbon emissions with solutions in renewable energy, distributed generation or energy efficiency. Climate Real Impact II is led by CEO David W. Crane, CFO John A Cavalier, Chief Commercial Officer Elizabeth Comstock, CIO Daniel Gross, and COO Anne Frank-Shapiro.

Total SPAC deal count for 2021 year-to-date is now 76 with $21.7 billion in gross proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Friday, January 29.

Barclays and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering. Ropes & Gray LLP is serving as Issuer’s Counsel with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP serving as Underwriter’s Counsel. WithumSmith+Brown, PC serves as auditor. Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company is acting as trustee.
