Client Galleries: What is it and how can I use it?

Client Galleries allows you to share up to 20 projects directly with your clients. You can create as many galleries as you like as either an Individual Gallery or an Event Gallery.

Individual Gallery allows you to share your portfolio of projects securely and directly with your client. It provides them with a place to log in, view their gallery and connect a headset. Clients will be able to view their shared gallery in VR or in browser mode. 

Event Gallery allows you to create a gallery with up to 20 projects without the need to invite a client. This is a great way to manage which projects are showcased on your headsets before heading into your next tradeshow or event. Event Galleries can only be viewed in VR on a connected headset.

Client Gallery Set Up

Begin by logging into your Yulio account. Once logged in, click on the Resources menu from your top navigation bar and then select Client Galleries. 

From there, select Create a Gallery. 

You have the option to create an Individual Gallery or an Event Gallery.

Individual Gallery

  • Ability to invite a client to the gallery and give them a secure space to log into to view their projects
  • Connect a headset for your client or they can connect their own
  • Update, add or remove projects at any time
  • Up to 20 projects in each gallery

  • Viewable in VR or Browser Mode

Event Gallery

  • Ability to manage which projects are on headsets by creating custom galleries for each headset
  • Ability to create a gallery without inviting a client
  • Update, add or remove projects at any time
  • Up to 20 projects in each gallery
  • Create unlimited galleries
  • Viewable in VR

Creating an Individual Gallery

Step 1: Enter your clients information. Enter your client name and email address and then select Add Gallery Projects. Don’t worry, the email invitation won’t be sent to your client until Step 3.

Step 2: Add projects from your Yulio account to your new Client Gallery. You can add up to 20 projects but must start out with at least one project. When your gallery is complete, your client will be able to access these projects on both a VR headset and in browser mode on a computer.

Select Add Project to Gallery. You can add one project at a time.

To add additional projects, select Add Project or select Save & Send Invitation to move on.

Important note: You or your client can connect a headset to the gallery once it’s created. By connecting a headset to the gallery, you will be able to automatically send gallery projects directly to your client’s headset.

Step 3: Review your Client Gallery details and send your invite. Here you can review how many projects are in the gallery, the client name and email address, and preview the invitation before it’s sent to your client. 

When you’re ready, select Save & Send Invitation. When you do this, the email invite will be sent to your client. 

And that’s it! Once your client accepts the email invitation, they will have instant access to all projects you uploaded to their Gallery.

You can create as many separate galleries for clients as you like.

Creating an Event Gallery:

Step 1: Enter your event information. Enter your event name and opportunity ID and then select Add Gallery Projects. You can leave the opportunity ID field blank or enter your event name here to track views against your event.

Step 2: Add projects from your Yulio account to your new Client Gallery. You can add up to 20 projects but must start out with at least one project.

To add additional projects, select Add Project or select Connect Headsets to move on.

Step 3: Connect a VR headset. This step is optional, however if you choose to connect a headset your gallery projects will be immediately sent to your headset.

To connect a headset, select Connect Headset or select Create Gallery to skip this step.

Manage Your Client Galleries

After you have set up your Client Gallery, you can continue to manage the Gallery by adding or removing projects, updating client details, or connecting VR headsets.

After you set up a Client Gallery, your Client Galleries page will look like this:

Note: If you have multiple galleries, they will all be listed here.

To edit a Client Gallery, select the pencil icon next to the Gallery.

To add or remove projects, select the Gallery Project tab. To add a new project, select the blue Add to Gallery button.

To connect a VR headset, select the Headsets tab. To connect a new VR headset, select the blue Connect a Headset button. You can connect multiple headsets to a Client Gallery.

To update client details or resend the email invitation, select the Client Details tab.

To delete a Client Gallery, select the trash bin icon on the Client Galleries page.

 That’s it!
