To ensure fluent payment transaction now and going forward, we are looking into the need for a new payment processor for credit and debit card payments on Invesdor’s digital platform.

The German fintech company Wirecard AG has filed for insolvency. The situation around Wirecard has been covered broadly in the media in recent days, but for the time being the situation around the company is somewhat unclear.

Invesdor has, like numerous other companies, used Wirecard as its service provider in processing card payments. In order to do our part to ensure the fluency and reliability of the payment transactions on our platform now and going forward, we are temporarily removing the option to pay with credit and debit cards from our payment selection.

This sudden change in our payment selection is regrettable, but it is also temporary: we are working to restore the payment options to normal as quickly as we can and will update you on the matter as soon as possible. In the meantime, our other payment options continue to work as per usual.
