Can NASR eSports Maintain Their Win Streak in TCL Summer Week 5?

Having one of the best rosters in TCL paid off for Nasr eSports as they are now the only undefeated team in the league. They are on a roll with an 8-game winning streak but can they maintain it in the upcoming week?

Starting Out in TCL

Nasr eSports joined the Turkish League of Legends tournament, TCL, in 2021 by acquiring Royal Youth’s spot. In its first year, the organization transferred many important South Korean talents but failed to show dominance in the league. This year though, Nasr eSports’ performance has shifted gear with their new roster as seen below.

NASR eSports TCL 2022 Summer Roster

  • Cho “Bong” Bo-woong
  • Lee “Chieftain” Jae-yub
  • Onur “Bolulu Can Demirol
  • Volkan “Ellam” Dinçer
  • Kadir “Fleshy” Kemiksiz

The top laner, Bong, is a fresh talent coming right from South Korea and he has shown incredible individual performances so far. Chieftain, on the other hand, played for many Chinese and Korean teams before such as EDward Gaming, Bilibili Gaming, Vici Gaming, Fredit Brion, and TT Gaming. Bolulu is one of the best Turkish players not only for the critics but also for most of the fans. He is beloved in the region and even had try-outs for the LEC organization EXCEL Esports in the past. NASR’s bot lane consists of the experienced EU Masters winner Ellam and the rookie Fleshy. Ellam is known for his game knowledge and shot-calling whereas Fleshy had a chance to work with Bahadır “Japone” Çolak, one of the most experienced Turkish players in the scene.

Impressive Summer Season

NASR eSports’ TCL 2022 Summer season started with an impressive win over 1907 Fenerbahçe Espor. Even though the opposing team had a fairly-modest roster on paper, they showed how dominant they will be in the upcoming games. Secondly, their test was against one of the most successful teams in the region, SuperMassive Blaze and they grabbed another win. In the second week, NASR eSports’ victims were Dark Passage and Team Aurora but the most important match for them in the first half of the regular season was in the third week against Istanbul Wildcats. NASR demolished the reigning champions and the last MSI representative of the region and finished the game in 33 minutes with 17 kills to 4. They took down Beşiktaş Esports and 5 Ronin in the last week of action and protected the first spot with 8 wins and 0 losses. NASR eSports has made the LoL predictions pretty easy in TCL as they are demolishing every team that comes in their way.

NASR eSports still has a long way in front as the regular season is only halfway done. The organization will face the two traditional sports giants of the country, Galatasaray Esports and 1907 Fenerbahçe Esports, in the fifth week of action. Most fans will bet on LoL games thanks to NASR’s incredible form this weekend. Both Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray looked in better shape in the last week but NASR is still the most dominant team in the region by far.
