Breaking: American Eagle ERJ145 overshoots runway in The Bahamas

Not to long ago American Airlines flight AA4194 / ENY4194 from Miami, Florida to Freeport, Grand Bahama suffered a runway excursion upon landing according to eyewitnesses.

The aircraft, an Embraer ERJ-145LR registered N674RJ under the Envoy Air branch of the American Airlines group came to rest on the right side of runway 06 of Grand Bahama International Airport (MYGF/FPO).

The flight was reportedly carrying 25 souls, including passengers and crew onboard – all of which have disembarked safely. Little is known to what transpired in the last moments of the flight. However popular global flight tracking service, Flightradar24, posted to their twitter account that they were “processing any granular data for this flight that may be available.”

Not long after that was tweeted they posted ADS-B data that shows the planes traveling at a ground speed of 47 knots before diverting right side of the runway.
