The Blackfrost Sion skin was revealed Tuesday, March 30, as one of two new additions to the pre-existing skin line. Along with Blackfrost Vel’Koz, it will be the fifth and sixth skins to enter the line. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
Blackfrost Sion’s splash art shows Sion in the League of Legends skin line’s typical dark and frozen aesthetic. His skin is replaced with ice crystals that range form blue to purple. His axe is a jagged, frozen blade, and in his stomach a glowing purple core powering his frosty fury.
Blackfrost Sion isn’t available for purchase yet, but when it does reach the shop it will likely retail for around 1,350 RP.
Blackfrost Sion has no official release date as of yet, but it is scheduled to arrive in League of Legends Patch 11.8, itself set to hit live servers April 15, 2021.
Blackfrost Sion will be available in the shop once it sees final release. For now it can only be previewed on the Public Beta Envrionment.
