Black Ops Cold War UI error 10002 is mystifying players. The sequel to the first Black Ops game called the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is out now. The game has callbacks to older gaming mechanics such as split-screen and a new Zombies mode. These callbacks have attracted players to the game and it has rightfully so. With a new game comes glitches and this game does not escape that. The major error in the game though is error 10002.

Error 10002 is not a game-breaking issue, but it is still a bummer nonetheless. This error mostly occurs in the Menu Settings of a multiplayer game, especially in the Zombies mode. Activision has not acknowledged the error on their website but there are some ways to fix it.

If you are playing the game on consoles such as Xbox and PlayStation, then you need to power off your console. Then you have to unplug it for about five minutes and plug it back in and switch it on. Now open the Call of Duty Cold War game and see if the error continues. If the issue is still not solved yet, try doing a hard reset on your console.

Players are experiencing the COD Cold War UI Error 10002 while playing on PC too. To fix it, try closing the game completely. Now, restart Battle.net and open the game again. Then, check if the error continues through normal menu actions. If the error cannot be fixed through these actions try and wait for Activision to release the fix through a new update. Until that happens, try these options to continue enjoying your game.
