A recently finished Armadale project is offering buyers a chance to snare a brand new home without the wait.
And they will be neighbours with the developers, two of whom liked it so much they have moved in.
The Sutherland apartments at 551 Dandenong Rd, Armadale, were built during the pandemic – but nine of its 24 homes remain for sale.

Castran Gilbert director David Howard said the remaining homes could be inspected so buyers could see the quality of the build first hand.
Mr Howard added that the project, developed and built by AG Constructions, had two silent partners who were now living there.
“So you know that the quality is going to be there, and the building will be maintained well given they are living in it,” he said.
Designed by CHT Architects, the project’s four-storey exterior has been designed with the way it will age in mind.
“The whole building is solid concrete and brick,” Mr Howard said.
“But it is a textured concrete finish … so it almost looks like timber panelling. And it will age very well.”
Inside, the remaining two-bedroom homes range from 73-90sq m, with balcony spaces from
8-44sq m.
The final three-bedroom home is 103sq m with a 34sq m terrace outside.
Spacious open-plan living areas feature oak floors and a light-and-bright aesthetic. On-trend kitchens come with stone benchtops and Miele appliances.
The project is walking distance to Malvern Central, shops and cafes along Glenferrie Rd and public transport.
Two-bedroom apartments are priced from $729,000-$889,000. The three-bedroom home costs $1.095m.
