This well-positioned IP boutique has made a name for itself through high-profile litigation work for notable telecommunications companies. Its good reputation stems from high-profile work for renowned regular clients like LG, Ericsson and ETSI. Name partner Cyrille Amar frequently litigates for these companies in SEP proceedings, for instance advising ETSI as co-defendant in the battle between Philips and TCL. The standardisation body is currently entrusting him with a similar dispute between Philips and Xiaomi.
