Alex is best known for being the inventor of the Business Model Canvas. He’s a book author, CEO of Strategizer and one of the world’s most influential strategy and innovation experts. The Lean Startup methodology has transformed the way we approach entrepreneurship and innovation. It has helped a generation of entrepreneurs experiment, iterate, and progress from ideas to real profits. It’s a concept, created by Alex alongside Steve Blank, Eric Ries and Yves Pigneur, that began two decades ago and has since evolved into a profession.
During his keynote, Alex will explore the systematic approach to testing business ideas and you’ll discover how many people still practice an outdated version of the methodology. He will highlight how to go beyond Lean Startup theater to define your hypotheses, conduct experiment sequences, report progress, and systematically measure the reduction of risk and uncertainty.
