for a true total sum estimated at about $7 trillion.

80% of Infrastructure Bill is already reportedly to be embezzled overseas just like 91% of “Covid Relief” for Americans was in 12/20.

Democrat have to create sources for “Foreign Aid” kickbacks somehow.
